The Mariners plan to have the 6-foot-3, 190-pound Morrow start at Class-A Inland Empire in San Bernardino, Calif., soon.

Not sure if they’re going to let him shake some rust off in Everett as Jason Churchill guesses, but, really, is Everett really a place to shake off rust?
