Baek vs Williams, 4:05 pm.
I’m going to be honest – I need a day off from this team. With Lopez playing 3rd, Vidro at 2nd, and Baek pitching, today’s as good a day as any.

I’ll take Mateo… say what you will about him, but at least he’s somewhat consistent.
After this debacle concludes, the Mariners will fall 6 games back of the Angels. With this rag-tag starting pitching that we trot out every night, it is hard to imagine that we will ever be as close as 5 games to LA again.
151, your screen name pretty much describes both Davis AND Mateo…
Yeah, but we don’t have to catch the Angels. We just have to catch Detroit.
Jeez, the Ms win for a bit and love for the team explodes, lose for a bit and they’re doomed. Settle down!
#154–and, Oakland now. Both of those teams have much better starting pitching, and Detroit is just wailing away at opposing pitching. My guess: we will fall away from both the AL West and the Wild Card leaders.
Will Broussard get to PH this inning? Or does Ballgame get another shot at an inside the park HR?
So let me get this straight, we can sweep the Padres, but we get our @sses kicked by the cubs and astros???? Hate to say it but this team will back to .500 in no time.
Um … if you were “born 80 miles east of Houston” like Ben Broussard, wouldn’t you be born in the Gulf of Mexico?
ITT Fair weather fans
it’s a marathon posters. not an ignitor 360 foot trip around the bases.
I think I am glad that I had to leave after the 1st inning.
Be that as it may, but it’s increasingly evident to any astute Mariner fan that our favorite team does not, this year, appear to hail from anywhere near Kenya…
#163 was in response to #161.
crap. Oswalt tomorrow.
Oh, we’ll probably beat Oswalt 12-3. No worries. Law of, um, something.
