I'm curious for anyone's observations re: Joh setting up three times low and away, and J.J. delivering three heaters up-and-in, which Vlad could neither hit nor resist. Intentional deception, or J.J. overruling his catcher? I’ll give our announcers one thing: the description of J.J. vs. Vlad as “big-boy baseball” was spot on.
