I am just being optimistic. I mean since the Mariners aren't making the playoffs, might as well hope for a complete melt down which will result in some major firings. I mean look at what he did with Rick White....Heck even bavasi can be linked to that blunder. Mac states he has expert knowledge as a coach by being a scout, but his game time decision seem to be a slow learning curve. I think he is great bench coach and should remain in the position with a new coach brought in like Joe Girardi who is available and is good ith young players.
