Sigh…our offense takes a crap yet again today. On the other hand, Zach Greinke is a great story, so I’ll give credit where credit is due. The Royals suddenly look like a legitimate baseball team so far.

Mike – Although I will prob disagree with you tonight Green’s performance tonight (yes, he has been one of our only bright spots this year, and his team picked him up tonight ), but it was great to see RRS and Dickey pitch well you are absolutely correct.

173- It’s fine to be irked by the results I sure didn’t enjoy them, but you can’t draw any real conclusions about Green from them. He got unlucky. The bullpen pitched really well today and it was really the only bright spot of today’s game.

kinda entertaining to hear the guys on the postgame try to explain to a caller that it wasn’t that the Ms defense was ‘not trying’ — without actually saying things like ‘Raul was trying, he just can’t play LF’

I dont know, Mike it still irks me when Pena (hitting 1-30 i think coming in) gets that hit off green when hes trying to bunt and started 0-2 …

but fine ill give him the benefit of the doubt.

Who else is tired of Mclaren never just straight stealing Ichiro when Lopez is up? Hes never going to get 60 + sbs if we are all ways hit and running

169- Actually Green got really unlucky. Those 2 hits he gave up were a fluke, that could happen to Felix.

170- RRS gave up a run on a sac fly and Corco should have been long out of the game. I’m wide awake despite watching the whole game.
