It’s back up now, actually…
The new SB nation sucks ass. I dont care too much about LL, but I love fieldgulls.com, LL’s sister (football) site. It’s never up since they’ve changed the scheme.
It’s all because of the “upgrade”. If you want to remodel, you have to be closed at some point.
They’re back from the beer run. Stocking up for Jarrod Time.
Here’s to good friends,
Tonight is kind of special.
The beer we’ll pour
must say something more, somehow.
So tonight,
Tonight,
Let it be Jarrod Time
I happen to love the new SB nation, the comments that refresh in “real time”, the nested threads, the FanPosts (way better term than “Diaries”). I’ll gladly sacrifice a bit of downtime for those features. Besides, if there wasn’t downtime, how would I remember to go update my fantasy baseball roster?
Apparently, the RAM exploded or something on SBN’s servers.
Clearly, they need to use mauve for their database: it has the most RAM.
People are asking you this? Seriously?
Derek! What will happen to my Safeco stock?!? When the ice caps melt will my house in Ravenna be underwater?!?!

Well I completely whiffed on the blockquote in #12. Pretty sure that won’t aid the sarcasm.
Not to worry, dnc. The sarcasm came right through, anyway.
