On the RSS feed problems

So after a couple days of trying to figure out how to get one of the articles to stop throwing invalid token errors in the RSS article feed, I pulled it, and the RSS feed appears to work just fine, minus that article.
I want to thank the people who sent really specific repro cases, particularly the two people who offered feed validation advice — part of the trouble early was figuring out what exactly the complaint was, and as it worked on Google Reader there was a huge chunk of USSMers who didn’t see anything wrong. Thanks much.
Thanks for the fixage!
Whatever Geek!
Yes I was one of those that gave a non specific, panic-filled request for help. What you did fixed my problem. I feel whole again. Thanks!
I would tell Baker that his damn podcast keeps randomly playing when I go to his blog, but I don’t want the stupid podcast to start playing again so I won’t. Also the Times spoils Olympic results that haven’t been on TV yet. Basically I’m never reading the Times again.
Well if NBC would actually broadcast the Olympics as they happen rather than packaging the results for the east coast and then delaying them a minimum of three hours so they can air them in this timezone in the same timeslot, that wouldn’t be a problem.
Why Americans put up with this crap I have no idea. CTV is running the results as they happen, live, all day (thank the great nerd god for Slingbox!). I can understand NBC not doing that on their main network, but they have the Universal Sports channel that has nothing better on it than replayed downhill races from last year while the Olympics ones are happening live.
Oh, and glad to hear you got the RSS feed fixed. I haven’t been using it lately but it would suck if it was busted when I went to use it again. That sounds like a weird bug, though.
[nevermind]
How pathetic would I be if I admitted that I don’t really have a good grasp of what the RSS feed does (other than make me think of RRS when I see it)
