Snell vs Braden, 7:05 pm.
Game one of the “can we fix Ian Snell” experiment. If they can, it will be a big boost to the rotation. He gets the team’s better defensive group, since the M’s face a southpaw, meaning Bradley to DH and Byrnes in left.
Ichiro, RF
Figgins, 2B
Gutierrez, CF
Bradley, DH
Lopez, 3B
Kotchman, 1B
Byrnes, LF
Moore, C
Wilson, SS
He’s still in the game!
i have another bad feeling, hopefully I keep my track record of being wrong.
Here comes the Spaniard. Seriously, Chavez looks like the Mediterranean porn king.
Geez. Come on Wak.
lets trust waks decision..
The Mariners have dodged more bullets tonight than Clint Eastwood in any two Sergio Leone films. I’m predicting this is going to be it in the bottom of the 10th and the luck’s run out.
Because I need to go to bed.
“My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.”
For a guy that throws a lot of strikes, Texeira doesn’t throw a lot of strikes.
So why would we keep in Texiera after Chavez almost took him deep once?
Ichiro woulda had that
Hopefully Chavez is the 12-fingered man blankenship.
That’s exactly what I’m saying! At best circus man, at worst…
ichiros gonna lead off with a hr.. if it gets there
We need a double play!
SCARYYY
No, Chavez is Inigo Montoya.
Man Texiera must be blessed.
That was VERY lucky that Paterson didn’t go
Byrnes doesn’t have that solid of an arm, I’m learning.
2 OUTS!
I thought that fly ball was gone…
ellis…. he seems to come through in these situations.. but NO!!
Watch Texiera’s gonna get out of this and come out in the 11th as well
Ao no ho’i
Damnit Texiera. I told Wak…
or not.
Poi oh poi.
BOO!!!!!! 🙁
Ok Texeira can be done now. Good season for him, all in all.
WAK why leave him in?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!
/pedro and grady little circa 2003
Bleh.
Wakamatsu… Two nights in a row… I must hang my head in shame.
Breaking News: Wak IS Human, afterall.
Of course it’s Mark Ellis
Well…. it’s a long season.
Oh crap. Oh well.
On the bright side the Angels lost as well….
Poi oh poi.
At least his first outing wasn’t too taro-ble.
Maybe one reason he left Texeira in: six pitchers in the bullpen.
