Lots of rain in Chicago, so the game is going to be delayed at the least. Saunders is still out of the line-up due to tweaking his groin in Friday’s collision.

    Anyone care to guess what Zunino’s OPS is this year? Small sample size of course, but man, it’s encouraging. I wont tell.

    Oh, man. Zunino can’t make it to the big leagues fast enough for me!

    MILB.com has his OPS at 1.285 – that’s only 32 ABs, of course.

    Glad I didn’t stick it out through that last rain delay then! I wasted a couple hours before the game started though…

    The Mariners are 4-17 against the Angels in September since 2008 (didn’t go back further). Yeah I know, not predictive etc. Just a fun fact as you look forward to the remaining games.
