Yea, the old Skype intro!
I had to delete all the old StatCorner stuff on iTunes then resubscribe. That seems to have done the trick.
Interesting discussion about old contracts and how much perceptions have changed in a decade. You guys made me look up how good John Olerud was – about the same total WAR as Ichiro. I remember Olerud as a very good Mariners player, but he had some really outstanding years before he joined the M’s.
Hooray! Podcasts! Please donate more, wonderful listeners, and I will too!

Team most likely to set the flag on fire: Miami. No question. Because the State of Florida. And Because Marlins.
John Olerud is a significantly better player than Jim Rice, a Hall of Famer, for whatever that means.
But Henry, he wasn’t feared like Jim Rice. I know this because I heard it incessantly during the HOF debates. You hear something a lot, it MUST be true!
