.. and Mac says HoRam was inconsistent with his arm angles. Well duh!
he did say they’d be talking about what to do with him tomorrow
hey, & even Valle says there has to be some movement, that it is time for an upgrade …
from Rotoworld:
Horacio Ramirez was tagged for six runs in five innings by the Twins on Tuesday.
Ramirez allowed nine hits and walked three in falling to 7-4. With the left-hander’s ERA up to 7.38, the Mariners should be thinking about making a change. However, they have no attractive options in Triple-A, meaning they’re probably better off sticking with him unless they can pull off a trade.
Yeah. I missed the game tonight, or at least 92% of it. It appears I didn’t miss much. At this point I’m hoping the Mariners can goad Nomo out of retirement to be their 5th starter.
As Larry Stone might say, Where’s Brian Holman when you really need him?
…what the hell did we trade for this Parrish guy? Anything more than a set of rusty nail clippers is a rip off. Let Jones pitch.
and that just about sums up the whole thing right there.
Jones isn’t a major-league pitcher, or a major league 2B. He’s a major-league outfielder.
