wut.
Linky no worky: “Firefox doesn’t know how to open this address, since the protocol (doctor) isn’t associated with any program”
Linky already fixed, so I won’t bother posting it like I was gonna.
It’s an interesting article, though. Definitely worth the read.

Really, Derek? Zombies? So Raul has finally resorted to eating his own teammates?
“Celebrity brain scientist.” Nice.
Don’t the M’s keep at least one roster spot to fill with the Ambulatory Dead? Oh, right…that’s the DH spot…
So, is this spring the result of Ichiro finally getting to a place where he feels right?
😉
I wonder if Ichiro’s consistent meals before the game is also a result of his experience with food poisoning the first time he was over here. I know that would make me a bit gunshy about trying anything creative before a game. He probably has always stuck to a routine, but it would be interesting to know if he allowed any variations back when he was playing in Japan.
It’s nice to see that the title and the doctor’s quote AREN’T a result of Ichiro requiring brain surgery for being “beaned” by some wild rookie pitcher…
This “brain scientist” sounds like an astrologer to me. He doesn’t appear to actually know anything about how brains.
The Japanese have their own peculiar folk beliefs (just as Americans generally do, though about different things). Many Japanese won’t get married, or even date seriously, without knowing the blood type of the other person.
If Ichiro! feels that he’s been deficient, and that he can finally perform at 100%, then imagine what could happen this year?
Speaking of eating brains, this reminds of that scene in the movie Hannibal where Anthony Hopkins serves Julianne Moore the brains of Ray Liotta for dinner.
Yuck.
