I didn’t even catch this on Gameday, but was Felix at least worth catching?
With Ichiro 0-5 and Batista coming in to shit on the cake in lieu of icing, it annoyed me even as a box score.
DFA Miguel “Gas Can” Batista now!!! I hope that the Ms don’t invite him to spring training next year.
Well, in addition to the “other” major award he’s up for (which actually is quite cool), Miggy has also further cemented his case for the Gas Can Of The Year Award with his stinker outing tonight.
Griffey better damn well retire after this year, because if he doesn’t.. the M’s WILL sign him again.. and I’ll have to start following some other team that actually puts winning ahead of nostalga.
